✊🏽🚪 Don’t let Trump and ICE win without a fight! Papers or not, everyone has certain rights they can use when an agent is trying to deport them. We are workers with dignity and we deserve to stay where we are. One of the most important things to remember is to refuse to open the door unless ICE has a signed warrant from a judge.

ICE cannot legally enter your home without this warrant. If an ICE agent or someone you suspect is from ICE knocks on your door, calmly and firmly ask them to slide the warrant under the door.

❌ If the agent doesn’t have a warrant — DON’T OPEN

❌ If the agent shows you a warrant that doesn’t have a signature on it — DON’T OPEN

❌ If the agent shows you a warrant signed by someone who is not a judge — DON’T OPEN

❌ If the agent shows up and says they’re from the local police and just want to talk — DON’T OPEN

LAST SUNDAY: Tucson joined the rest of the world to stand against the ongoing genocide in Palestine and against the violent repression of land defenders in Lochiel after the destruction of a 200-year-old Grandmother cottonwood tree.

Over the last few years, we have seen how far the U.S. government is willing to go to defend the profits of war profiteers over the needs of the people and the planet. FROM LOCHIEL TO PALESTINE, OCCUPATION IS A CRIME!

It has been three years since Israel’s genocide on Gaza began. On October 11, we all will honor those we have lost in Palestine and in the borderlands. The violence wrought in Palestine has a direct through-line cutting across southern Arizona.

This week, Customs and Border Patrol agents raided Lochiel, AZ, just two hours south of Tucson, to stop activists from protesting the last Grandmother cottonwood tree to build a SECOND border wall between U.S.-Mexico.

March to honor the martyrs, defend the land, and fight for the living!
