2011 Belçika Grand Prix’sinde Spa-Francorchamps’ta yaşanan efsanevi bir anı gösteriyor. Yedi kez Dünya Şampiyonu Michael Schumacher, Sebastian Vettel ile teker teker mücadele ediyor. Yüksek hızla pit girişine yaklaşırken Schumacher, frenleri kilitleyip kontrolü kaybetmiş gibi görünerek cesur bir “numara” yapıyor ve Vettel’i kaçış hamlesi yapmaya zorluyor.

Aslında Schumacher, momentumunu ve dar çizgiyi kullanarak pit yoluna kusursuz şekilde dalıyor; rakibini adeta “fake out” yaparak kandırıyor ve zaman kaybetmeden pit girişini güvence altına alıyor.

Ferrari’den Fiat Palio’ya… Direksiyondaki isim yine Schumacher. 🏎️🇹🇷

22 Nisan 2002’de Michael Schumacher, Fiat Palio’nun tanıtımı için Türkiye’ye geldi. Bursa’daki Tofaş fabrikasında farklı Palio modellerini test eden efsane pilotun en çok beğendiği araç, ralli versiyonu Palio Kit Car oldu. Ziyaret sırasında kendisine kırmızı bir Palio Sporting de hediye edildi.

Fotoğrafın hikâyesi, bir Formula 1 yarışından değil, bu tanıtım ziyaretinden geliyor. Ferrari ile görmeye alıştığımız Schumacher, bu kez Türkiye yollarının tanıdık otomobillerinden birinin yanındaydı.

Palio aynı Palio, sürücü biraz fazla kalifiye. 😄

The winner takes it all 👑 After boldly overtaking Michael Schumacher at around 320 km/h, Fernando Alonso delivered one of the most ruthless psychological jabs in Formula 1 history.

At the 2005 Japanese Grand Prix, the young Spaniard risked everything to pass the legend around the outside of the fearsome 130R corner.

When asked how he knew the move would work, Alonso allegedly said that Schumacher would back down first because he had a wife and children waiting for him to come home.

It was a stark reminder that, at the highest level of motorsport, having nothing to lose can sometimes become a driver’s greatest competitive advantage.

2000 Belçika Grand Prix’si, Formula 1 tarihinin en unutulmaz geçişlerinden birine sahne oldu. 🇧🇪

Spa-Francorchamps’ta yarışın son bölümünde Michael Schumacher’i yakalayan Mika Häkkinen, Kemmel Düzlüğü’nde yaklaşık 321 km/s hızla inanılmaz bir fırsat yakaladı.

Önlerinde tur bindirilen Ricardo Zonta vardı. Schumacher Zonta’nın bir tarafından geçerken, Häkkinen diğer tarafı seçti ve birkaç saniye içinde hem Zonta’yı hem de Schumacher’i geride bırakarak Les Combes öncesinde liderliği ele geçirdi. 😳

Tek hamle, iki rakip! 💀🔥

Franco Colapinto, 2026 Belçika Grand Prix’sinde Spa-Francorchamps’ta Liam Lawson ve Pierre Gasly’yi aynı atakta geride bıraktı.

Rakiplerinin hava koridorundan yararlanarak yaptığı bu çifte geçiş, Colapinto’ya 10. sırayı getirdi. Alpine pilotu yarışı bu sırada tamamlayarak hanesine 1 puan yazdırdı. 🏁

The 1999 French Grand Prix at Magny-Cours produced one of Rubens Barrichello’s most memorable drives. Starting from pole in the Stewart, Barrichello found himself fighting Michael Schumacher in changing conditions — and then came the move everyone remembered.

Barrichello sold Schumacher the outside, forced him into a mistake under braking, then cut back to the inside with perfect timing. Clean, calculated and ice-cold. Pulling off a move like that against Schumacher in 1999 was no small statement.

Barrichello went on to finish on the podium in third, while Schumacher came home fifth after suffering problems later in the race.

Sometimes the smartest overtake isn’t about being braver. It’s about making the other driver commit first. 🧠🇧🇷

O küçük kartın direksiyonuna geçtiğinde henüz üç yaşındaydı. Üstelik kart, onun için bile yapılmamıştı.

Babası onu ablası Lorena için hazırlamıştı. Lorena ilgi göstermedi; Fernando ise o direksiyonda hayatının tutkusunu buldu.

O gün aile içinde el değiştiren küçük bir kart…
Yıllar sonra Renault ile kazanılan iki dünya şampiyonluğu: 2005 ve 2006. 🏆

Fotoğrafları kaydır. İlk direksiyondan şampiyonluk kupasına uzanan hikâyeyi gör.

Bazen hayatını değiştiren şey, başlangıçta senin için düşünülmemiştir.

Schumacher’e ediliyorsa, bir sebebi vardı.

1997 Noel’inde Ferrari’nin ona verdiği kırmızı Fiat 500, ilk otomobiliyle aynı modeldi. Schumacher uzun zamandır yeniden bir tane sahibi olmak istiyordu.

Hediyesini alınca hemen direksiyona geçti ve Fiorano pistinde iki tur attı. Bu kez mesele tur zamanı değildi.

FIA; pist sınırları, pit yolu hız limiti, tehlikeli çıkışlar ve teknik kurallar konusunda oldukça katı. Özellikle pist sınırlarında beyaz çizginin dışına çıkmak tek başına her zaman anında 5 saniye ceza anlamına gelmese de, ihlaller tekrarlandığında zaman cezaları gelebiliyor.

Eskiden işler daha “hayatta kal ve devam et” havasındaydı. Bugün ise bazen birkaç santimetre bile yarışın kaderini değiştirebiliyor. 💀🏁

Mühendisliğin duygularla buluştuğu o altın çağ... 🏎️🔥
Formula 1 tarihinin en vahşi, en gürültülü ve en acımasız dönemiydi. 19.000 deviri aşan o mekanik canavarlar sadece benzin yakmıyor; asfaltı, tribünleri ve adeta ruhumuzu titretiyordu. Günümüzün V6 turbo hibritleri kusursuz birer teknoloji harikası olabilir, ancak hiçbir bilgisayar kodu veya verimlilik hesabı, bir V10’un o kulakları sağır eden efsanevi çığlığının yerini tutamaz.
O yıllarda F1 izlemek sadece bir sporu takip etmek değil, 10 silindirlik bir senfoniyi iliklerine kadar hissetmekti. Saf mekanik güç, sıfır yapaylık ve limitlerin zorlandığı o yıllar... Sesi duyduğunda tüyleri diken diken olanlar ne demek istediğimi çok iyi anladı bile. 🌪️

The 2000 Belgian Grand Prix witnessed one of the most unforgettable overtakes in Formula 1 history. 🇧🇪

After catching Michael Schumacher in the closing stages of the race at Spa-Francorchamps, Mika Häkkinen spotted an incredible opportunity on the Kemmel Straight at around 321 km/h.

Ahead of them was Ricardo Zonta, who was being lapped. As Schumacher went past Zonta on one side, Häkkinen chose the other and, within seconds, passed both Zonta and Schumacher to take the lead before Les Combes. 😳

Perfect timing, courage, and car control… Häkkinen went on to win the race, sealing an iconic move that went down in F1 history. 🏁
