My 3 non-negotiables in life

1. If I’m not enjoying it, I’m not doing it.
I just refuse to build a life I don’t actually enjoy living.
My happiness. My life. My choice.

2. If it doesn’t align with the end goal, it’s a no.
I’m not doing things for the sake of doing them.
If it doesn’t move me closer to where or who I want to be then what’s the point?

3. If it costs me my peace, it’s too expensive.
I’m not arguing, convincing or forcing anything. Ever.
Some things simply don’t get access to me.

This is what I love about what I do. The planning, the learning, the creating, the little details that go into every session.

Taking what I know, putting it onto paper, breaking it down, making sense of it, and turning it into something that’s actually going to help someone really understand the basics.

It might just look like me writing on a whiteboard… but behind it is so much thought, knowledge and passion for helping people get stronger and understand their bodies.

Ps First Competition 🔥

Im so blessed to be able to show my boy a part of the fitness world and completing something that is out of my comfort zone. We had soo much fun, the vibes were unmatched & I couldn’t of asked for a better team 🤍 & thank you to everyone that came and showed so much love and support✨
