Congratulations to our September TKE of the Month, our Chaplain and house Manager, Brother Kenny Gottman!

Kenny is a junior Mechanical engineering major with a minor in mechatronics from West Chester Pa. This past summer, Kenny stayed in State College to conduct mechanical engineering research on jet actuators. When he wasn’t in the lab, he was at the house putting in work, tackling project after project to get it looking its best for the fall.

As House Manager, Kenny is the reason the house stays in great shape all year. He keeps everything clean, safe, and up to code, and whenever something breaks, he’s the first one there to fix it. Outside of TKE, Kenny plays ice hockey and loves to work out and stay active. More than anything, he loves spending time with the brothers and is always down for a good time.

Thank you for everything you do for this chapter, Kenny. Well deserved! taken in Tau Kappa Epsilon - Pennsylvania State University by @psu_tke

Meet our TKE of the Month, our very own Risk Manager, Brother Teo Penati!

Teo is a junior from Washington, D.C., pursuing a degree in MIS. When he’s not golfing or playing for the PSU Club Lacrosse team, you may find him building a new outdoor bar for the patio.

As Risk Manager, Teo plays an important role in keeping the chapter safe and making sure we can enjoy everything TKE has to offer. Outside of his responsibilities in the chapter, Teo is always looking for a way to stay active, have a good time, and spend time with his brothers. by @psu_tke

This week, we said goodbye to our seniors — the same people who taught us life lessons, questionable habits, and how to live life as a better man. Over the last 4 (and for some… 5) years, they’ve helped shape our brotherhood and made East Prospect Ave a place we’ll never forget. From late nights and unforgettable memories to somehow making it to class the morning after socials, these guys did it all. We’re proud of everything they accomplished at Penn State and can’t wait to watch them enter the real world. Congrats boys — go make us proud 🔻

This past weekend the brothers of Tau Kappa Epsilon had an amazing time at Penn State Thon. For 46 hours our brothers danced and raised money to fund pediatric cancer research and support children fighting cancer. Special thanks to our independent dancers @jonnyyahner and @isaacmonahan_ for their semester long efforts. And shoutout to our brothers @mattcolannino and @sonnyvit for their amazing performance with 3:46 sunrise band. #FTK by @psu_tke

Happy Birthday and congratulations to our Brother of the Fall Semester, Brother Michael Tordone! 🎉

Mikey is a junior English & Journalism major from San Clemente, California, bringing drive and determination to everything he does.

As last year’s President, he stepped into the role during a strange time in our chapter’s history. However, because of his leadership, he left the fraternity stronger, more united, and in a much better place than he found it.

We’re proud to call you our brother and grateful for the legacy you’ve left. Here’s to you, Mikey! taken in Tau Kappa Epsilon - Pennsylvania State University by @psu_tke

A very bittersweet goodbye and congratulations to our recent graduates. These gentlemen have exemplified the importance of what it means to be a brother of Tau Kappa Epsilon. Through these past four years they have paved the way for the future of our chapter and we cannot thank them enough for all they have done. Their contributions and dedication does not go unnoticed, whether past executive positions or simply being a leader and representative of true brotherhood. We are so excited what the future brings for this great group of men. We know and are confident they are going to do amazing things. Congratulations class of 2025, forever YITB. 🔻 taken in Tau Kappa Epsilon - Pennsylvania State University by @psu_tke

Congratulations to our “Fraters of the Spring and Fall Semesters”:
Brother Kyle Lidy and Brother Jacob Goodwin!

This spring semester’s “Frater of the Semester” goes to Brother Kyle Lidy. A rising junior studying management information systems, Lidy currently serves as our Social Chair and has made tremendous improvements for our overall brotherhood and our invited guests. Lidy is from Scranton, Pennsylvania or “The Mud” as he likes to call it. This selfless guy is all about making sure everyone has a good time and is always bringing positive energy. His hard work does not go unnoticed. Well done Kyle! @kyle_lidy

A big Congratulations to our “Frater of the Fall Semester”, Brother Jacob Goodwin. A rising senior and kinesiology major from Uxbridge, Massachusetts, Jacob served as our President for 2024 and played a key role of benefiting the future of the Pi Chapter. Jacob aka “Doodle” has been an incredible leader for all brothers and we are extremely grateful for all he has done. Excited to see what the future holds for this young man! @jacobmgoodwin
