💌Confirmation bias is the human tendency to search for, interpret, favor, and recall information that matches what we already believe while ignoring facts that disagree. 🙃

How It Works 👀
🌸 Searching: We look for news, data, or opinions from sources that already agree with us.
🌸 Interpreting: We view neutral or mixed evidence as proof that our side is right.
🌸 Recalling: We easily remember details that support our views while forgetting facts that do not.💌

**Negativity bias**is the human tendency to notice, remember, and give more weight to negative experiences than to positive ones.

☘️ The brain processes bad news and threats faster and stores them more deeply in memory than good news.

🎀🎀Obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental disorder in which an individual has intrusive thoughts (an obsession) and feels the need to perform certain behaviors (compulsions) repeatedly to relieve the distress caused by the obsession, to the extent where it impairs general function.OCD has been described since antiquity and has affected numerous notable historical and contemporary figures; understandings of it were historically rooted in religion and beliefs about demonic possession. 🙃🙂🎀🎀
