Among a plethora of lessons I’ve learned through tending to plants, a main theme is that there’s no one way or “perfect” way to do anything. A lot of what we do is influenced by our natural ebb and flow with life. Instead of trying to force, find what flows.

And I say this as I meant to sow blue elderberry seeds at the end of last summer, but sometimes life has other plans ~ so I found this dreamy spot for them to rest now until next spring when they hopefully begin to germinate. Eclipse & Equinox blessings 𖤓‧₊˚
The Sun further dipping in the northern skies. A season of ripening and release ~ baskets full, yet hands letting go. There’s sweetness in the harvest, and ache too, for all that didn’t quite bloom this year. The land teaches us both abundance and grief in the same breath. Still, the glow of Autumn reminds us to hold onto hope, to turn inward with gentleness, and to keep tending the small seeds we carry into the darker months ahead.‧˚₊ ‧𖤓 taken in Pacific Northwest by @psychebotanica

Anyone else feel the subtle shift? For me, autumn’s entrance emerges with an altered feel of the air ~ a quieting. leaves begin to change colors. notes of wildfire smoke dispersal follow. the veil of light lowers earlier and rises later. This time of year always asks me: what are you still holding onto that no longer serves you? ༄

꩜ 𖦹 while still taking shape, we are grateful to share products and services dreamt of and curated over the last several years ~ each reflecting pieces of ourselves. formulated with knowledge gathered through time spent learning from 9 PNW herbalists (and ever expanding), as well as general knowledge collected from this life thus far. crafted with locally sourced, earth-friendly materials. Botanical teas, hydrosols, textiles, & more. a focus to ground and nurture the mind, body, & soul, especially in a society so filled with noise, a culture that values profit > prosperity, and where what’s virtual is steadily replacing what’s tangible. 𖦹 ꩜ by @psychebotanica
