It's been a great weekend doing my assessment for Mountain Rescue with the incredible crew from Mountain Search and Rescue Johannesburg.

I have been looking for a way of translating my stunt rigging skills into something meaningful to the community, and this combines my passion for rigging with the opportunity to help those in emergency situations.

Thank you to the #msar crew for your dedication and selfless efforts to make outdoor adventures a safe place! taken in Castle Gorge, Magaliesburg by @psychostunt

It's been a week of huge stunt rigs, feeling blessed to be a part of such an amazing team. Almost done in Scotland, I'll definitely miss this incredible place!

Healthy, natural food is the key to a functional body.

Everything here is home grown, even the chicken and honey. No chemicals, pesticides or growth hormones used in any part of the process.

I believe there is going to be a strong need for food security in the near future

Another difficult but highly successful removal of a swarm from the ceiling of a house.

I believe in offering young, enthusiastic people the opportunity to learn and grow in agriculture.

Anymor is a worker who has been loyal to me for the better part of this last year and it's great to see someone from a poor community rise to the challenge of learning about the complicated systems involved in beekeeping.

I believe the knowledge passed onto me by my father should be available to anyone passionate enough to take the opportunity to grow, regardless of race or social standing.

Equality of opportunity rather than equality of outcome. 🙏
