I was so grateful to sit down with @kidsmentalhealthfoundation and share my own mental health journey.One of the greatest gifts in my own evolution has been finding the language to understand and express what I’m feeling. Having the opportunity to share my story—and help destigmatize conversations around mental health—is something I don’t take for granted.Our hope is that through open, honest conversations, we can help the next generation lead more self-aware, healthy, and authentic lives.I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a movement that reminds young people they’re not alone and that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. ❤️ by @lucyhale

Today, I’m so grateful to share that I’ve been named a Goodwill Ambassador for the World Food Programme 🤍 I have always wanted to be part of something bigger than myself—something that could truly make a difference in the world. Hunger is a reality for millions of people every single day—but it’s something we can change, together. Food is connection. It’s survival. It’s hope.
