10k PR 🔔 46:47 - 1min off my last raceThe last 4K was VERY hilly & absolutely brutal 😫 My legs have never felt pain like that. I’d also just gotten off a flight 2 hours before 😂 so all in all, I’m pleased with the result.Always grateful to be ABLE to run and even more grateful for how far I’ve come after overcoming pulmonary embolism. I’ll never forget the work I’ve had to put in to get here and I’ll never compare myself to anyone ever ❤️ it should always be you vs you and I’m proud of this one. V excited to see what I can do on a flat course coz it was going fantastic until the hills got me 🥲…. Perfect bank holiday in Roma 🇮🇹🍕❤️V last minute plan - booked the night before but they’re always the best trips. Here’s our itinerary since you guys always ask about where we stay etc when I travel with K.
