2026 CrossFit Open ☑️ top 3% worldwide 6 HYROX races + 3 Cf Open workouts this month, safe to say I’m feeling it 🥵Things I learnt this open:1. I’m fit (for short durations 😉)2. My gymnastics still sucksNo heavy lifts, snatch, TTB, double unders or HSPU this year which hurt my soul a little 💔😂 but a fun test of fitness.Not sure I’ll do Quarterfinals coz life is very hectic but we’ll see.Always so good to see the CrossFit community coming together each year and was also really cool to see some of the other fitness communities also joining in for some too. Forever blown away by the level of the top athletes in this sport. 10K World Cup warm up run 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏃🏼‍♀️⚽Race strategy included just being there for the vibes and make sure to take a couple of Irn-Bru pit stops along the way 🧡 hydration is hydration.Got overtaken by two referees. Took it to VAR, but after a lengthy review there was clear and obvious evidence that I was in fact, just slower 😆3 minutes slower than my PB but 49 mins somehow still got me 3rd in my age group 🥉 & I’ll take it bc WOW the course was absolutely brutal. So many hills it felt like Scotland were trying to qualify for the World Cup all over again 😮‍💨⛰️😂Thanks for a great event @upandrunningevents #10k #running #vibes #worldcup by @sarahholden_fit

Heat exhaustion almost took me out, but the job got done. Last solo race for a while for me and it was character building stuff. Time to shift the focus back to what I really love & have drive and passion for - CrossFit and pure running 🫶🏼 but I’ll be back.
