- CHANGE -

It takes time.
It takes determination.
It has to be your time.
You have to be accountable and that's tough, but if you do it, and stick with it, change will come.
With change comes confidence.
With confidence comes strength but a strength you didn't know before.

Just start. Whatever your journey. You WILL get there. Just don't give up on yourself.

- IT'S TIME TO GIVE TIME TO 'YOU' -

Please give time to YOU.... away from the craziness of life to breathe, talk, eat a cheeky pastry and understand more about the menopause.

Whether you are pre, peri, menopausal or post, YOU have the opportunity to learn and share in a safe environment.

It's YOUR meet up.

Let's support each other as all females will experience this at some stage.

Got questiones... Pop them over.

- WHAT YOU SEE V's WHAT I SEE -

Perspective is everything.

The view I film for content and as a back catalogue of my workouts over the years, is totally different and really quite boring in reality.

So here's a viewpoint you normally see, followed by its, full, insignificant other 😂.

🥎 I have tennis elbow which is why alot of the recent exercises are with the straps. It allows me to activate muscles directly by taking out the forearm/grip element, which in tern takes any pulling/tension away from my elbow.

Saying that, it's all for purpose. Keeping myself strong as a 49yr old woman and also, enjoying looking and feeling good. I think.

Guest appearance from Ryan😂

- THAT 80's VIBE -

Was feeling a bit of colour today so threw on some clothes, dug out some thick socks - it's chilly right? - and showed up.

Unfortunately, a leotard clad crew weren't there to join me for this session so just me myself and I.

Got it done.
Trying to build my 🍑 back. It's been neglected so onto bigger Glute/leg sessions as well as obviously still pushing upper.

Happy Sunday All.

- TRAINING WITH THE HUSBAND -

Impromptu training with the Mr tonight.

He was doing his plan, I was working through exercises I can manage after having a steroid intention in my hand yesterday and tennis elbow.

I LOVE finding new ways to train with injuries and challenges.

I have done it for years, finding wierd and wonderful ways of adapting exercises for clients. Now it's my turn and believe me, I'm gonna ache tomorrow.

You CAN train, build muscle and work effectively even with an aislement (obviously it depends how challenging it it) BUT, I reckon I can fin something that works.

Challenge me!
