I wasn’t naturally talented at calisthenics.

I know what it’s like to train hard, put in the hours, and still feel like you’re barely making progress.

I’ve been there.

The difference wasn’t talent. It was learning to train smarter, understanding what works, and staying consistent with the right plan.

That’s exactly what I help my coaching clients do today.

If you’re serious about calisthenics but feel like your progress isn’t matching the effort you’re putting in, send me a DM with the word “PROGRESS”.

Let’s figure out what’s holding you back💪 #calisthenics by @pt_love_

How my coaching works 👇

My coaching is for people who are serious, or ready to get serious, about a goal in calisthenics.

With online coaching and close support, you get a training and technique system tailored to your goal and lifestyle, helping you make the best possible progress from A to B.

Progress in calisthenics looks different for everyone🚀

For some, it is achieving their first ring muscle up. For others, it is cleaner technique, breaking through a strength plateau, or reaching competition level

The clients in this video all had different starting points and goals. What they had in common was a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the commitment to follow a structured plan built around them.

My role is to provide the training structure, technical focus and progression needed to move you closer to your goal.

Comment “progress” if you are serious about improving in calisthenics, and I will reach out with more information

Injury update 🩹

This is how it started:

June/July: The pain started because I wasn’t recovering enough for my training volume and frequency. That was my own mistake. I should have listened to the warning signs better.

August: The pain was almost gone by Nationals, but it wasn’t 100% gone.

August/September: The pain came back, worse than ever.

September/October: I’ve been fully focused on rehab. I’m not taking this lightly anymore. I need to get it fully sorted.

But I’ll soon start doing some light pull ups 🤭 So I’m happy!

This Trick Made My Form This Clean | Cue Reveal📝

I was not actually planning to share this, so make sure you watch the whole video and save it for later.

Disclaimer: This is not the only correct way to position your legs. Some athletes prefer keeping their legs together, and that is completely fine. Some also prefer the clean and elegant look of keeping the legs together, like a gymnast.

You do not necessarily need a visible gap between your feet either. They can lightly touch as long as you are not actively squeezing them together and creating unnecessary tension in your adductors.

I used @calisthenics_simen and @andresets2025 in the video to illustrate my points. Both are outstanding athletes, and they simply have different preferences when it comes to leg spacing.

Disclaimer: The clips in this video slightly exaggerate how much my pull up swings. I did this to make the technique easier to see.
