In the summer of 2014, I left the Army as a physical therapist.

I was seeing 20+ patients a day. Stuck in a clinic. Buried in notes. Helping soldiers the best I could… but deep down, I knew I wasn’t even scratching the surface of my potential.

I had a vision:
To work with people — not just on them.
To solve problems, not manage paperwork.
To build something of my own.

So in 2014, I opened my first practice out of a CrossFit gym in Atlanta.
No windows. A rat overhead. $3K budget. And zero experience running a business.

Fast forward:
→ We scaled that clinic past ourselves
→ Built a team
→ Sold it for a life-changing amount
→ And helped 1000+ other clinicians grow cash-based businesses through PT Biz.

Here’s the truth:

One thing

Learning what to prioritize and knowing what you’re one thing needs to be for— this week, this month, this quarter, this year — can be the difference between you struggling and you having success.

If you haven’t read the book, “the one thing” I highly recommended for every business owner and entrepreneur. It really lays the foundation of ensuring that you move quickly and steadily towards your goals with his little stress as possible.

There’s a never-ending to do list and the only way to tackle it…is to have a system. by @ptbiz

There’s nothing wrong with doing it by yourself, but I know from experience it’s more expensive and takes longer.

Find coaching, mentors, books, podcasts. Whatever you need to try to learn the lessons quicker, less costly, and with as little struggle as possible.

The lesson still need to be learned there’s no shortcut around them, but you can definitely condense by @ptbiz
