This is a look at my stage phots from 2021, 2023, and 2026. I put the work in but sure did not do it alone. Nothing was given - everything earned!

Competed in the Twin Cities Open on July 11, 2026, and brought my best physique ever to the stage! I had an absolute blast throughout the entire experience and couldn’t be more proud of the work I put in.

A huge thank you to my beautiful wife, @christinenelson4217, for supporting me through every step of the process. I truly couldn’t have done it without you.

And thank you to everyone who encouraged me along the way. Every message, kind word, and bit of support fueled the fire and pushed me to work as hard as I could. I’m incredibly grateful for all of you! 💪
