Rest & Recovery days can sometimes involve more than just your traditional foam roller or stretch routines.

Example: Went to Turtle back zoo. Saw some animals. Touched some wildlife. Rode an old steam train that I barely fit. Saw some turtles having sexy time in front of all the parents & their kids 😆 Then went to an extreme outdoor course high up in the trees. Crushed all obstacles with my loved one. Zip lined to victory after. Took a walk around the nearby lake. Grabbed some food & drinks which was conveniently on the lake view. Went home & double fisted some Rita’s Italian ice.

This is the balance of Fun & Fit. taken in Turtle Back Zoo by @ptkj

Today I took my son to my old stomping grounds. There was a time & place I was the Guardian of the Ho’s. Protector of the Main stage. Most men have never placed foot on that stage. Forever apart of the Djais Alumni since I’ve rocked that teal shirt for a few seasons. If those walls could talk…. 🤭😇 by @ptkj

Happy Anniversary to the person that makes me a better man! I love this woman to the moon & back. She’s my noodle & I’m her meatball. Brought Flexxx into the equation & now we a full plate of pasta 🤪 You know it’s real when you start farting around each other. Or start pissing with the door wide open (you happy relationships know exactly what I’m talking about) But true love is giving fair warning to your partner that you just dropped a bomb in the bathroom. That’s what I call looking out for each other 🙌 Build your relationship on trust. That’s what will make someone feel so completely comfortable that you can show them your weird side. No matter what, highs or lows this woman amazes me everyday. She deserves a lifetime award of knowing how to tame the Hulk. If you love seeing a happy relationship smash that heart button , write a comment of whatever silly things you & your partner do, & invite us to the BBQ! 😉💚🤘😎 by @ptkj

One is 6”4, 260 pounds
The other has a 29 inch neck, 160 pounds
Both love food
One likes people more than the other
0 tolerance for haters
Loved by the same woman
Live your life in peace, privacy & how you want
Fun fact: it takes 36 muscles to frown but only 8 muscles to extend your arm to punch someone in the face.
Live fearlessly
Choose wisely
With every action comes a reaction
Namaste tf away from me mother f*ckers ✌️

Bad Ass Coffee Grand Opening 🐴🧋 Drinks were great, staff was friendly, Flexxx was a hit & I got a chance to support a friend 🙌
Besides my loved one losing my frozen orange mango drink somewhere at the pet store 😆💔 she made it up to me behind closed doors by ordering Rita’s Italian ice. Unfortunately IG would censor the things I’d do to carbs so no pic. Not like it would survive long enough for a pic anyway 😈 by @ptkj

This will be the most raw & honest post for you all to see

We’re not professional bodybuilders. We’re not professional online influencers & we’re not professional photographers either. Can’t you tell? 😅 In a world where it’s easy to filter yourself online I wanted to show people what life’s really like. No hand picked photos. No edits. No retakes. This is everything that was taken today. I honestly hate taking photos of myself But I wanted to show the gym community that it’s more fun & less stressful to just be yourself. Even if it’s online. Either people will like you or they don’t. Thats the honest truth. If you see us at Alpha gym feel free to talk to us about anything fitness related. We can help. I promise you I’m a good person behind my resting b*tch face also😆 don’t be afraid taken in Alpha Gym NJ by @ptkj

Since 2009- I turned myself into a Hollywood California Private Celebrity Trainer. Now offering my services to Monmouth County New Jersey again. Please help me grow my business before the New Years! I’m striving for greatness everyday but I need your help this time. Covid 19 caused a lot of financial set backs for me & changed the course of where I condone my business. I would love to continue to help those who need me the most! Spread the word that I’m back in town. Spread the word that I’m here to inspire or retire! Spread the word so I can remain in good terms with business! I’m coming out of a life of privacy & returning to the public! Let me show you why I’m great at what I do. The industry needs more people like me to stick around! You can help me at Facebook just type in KJ Hulteen. I am putting my insecurities aside this time of need. It is embarrassing it has gotten to this point. But with all the twists & turns Covid 19 has put me through I refuse to fail. I will not go down without a fight! taken in Monmouth Beach, New Jersey by @ptkj
