This wall took hundreds of pieces to build, and our team was right there bringing it to life. Sometimes the best activations are the ones that make people stop and ask questions. #TeamAppreciation #EventStaffing #PTLEvents #EmployeeSpotlight #HospitalityIndustry by @ptlevents
A toast to #72! What happens in Vegas… sometimes happens at home. For Charles Leno Jr.’s NFL retirement celebration, we reimagined home into a two-day, Vegas-inspired Len’s Lounge experience that was anything but ordinary. From the front door to the final toast, every detail reflected his personality, his incredible career, and the people who were part of the journey. Nostalgia, a little mischief, and a whole lot of celebrating. #NYFW had us booked and busy this year, out in the sun for another activation with no shortage of energy. #BrandActivation #PTLEvents #EventStaffing #NYCEvents by @ptlevents
In honor of Dolly Parton Day, we’re throwing it back to @besitaboots First Rodeo. A night made for tapping into our inner cowgirls — and the recipe for the perfect brand launch, inspired by our girl Dolly: Disco balls. Lots of them. Boots, babes + a little honky-tonk. A saloon entrance. Vintage photo booth moments. Dueling DJs. Chicken nuggets + caviar, served by the Besita Babes. Pink. Pink. And more pink. And a disco-ball horse named Dolly, of course. Playful, unexpected and just the right amount of extra — exactly the kind of experience we love creating. Here’s to big boots, bold ideas and never being afraid of a little sparkle. ✨ Creative & Planning: @ellacolegroup @daniellagiglio Venue: @itlldoclub Photography: @theweb.effect Dueling DJ’s: @lucywrubel @iamdjsouljah Florals: @houseofclrk Rentals (furniture, vintage photobooth, embroidery, disco props): @dfwflowerwalleventrentals Branded items: @5by7designs Staffing: @ptlevents Catering: @vestalscatering by @ptlevents

Two locations, two teams, same energy. Our staff showed up ready to customize, connect, and keep the good vibes going all day. #BrandAmbassadors #RetailActivation #PTLEvents #TeamEnergy #EventStaffing by @ptlevents
The best staff make you forget they're working. Just steady, friendly, and exactly where they need to be. This is the kind of team we love sending out. #EventStaffing #ReliableTeam #PTLEvents #HospitalityStaffing #OnSiteExcellence by @ptlevents
Some activations feel less like work and more like storytelling. This one leaned into memory and nostalgia, and our team fit right into that world for the day. #BrandActivation #EventStaffing #LuxuryRetail #PTLEvents #FragranceLaunch by @ptlevents
