TINGNAN: Hindi na kakailanganin ng subpoena pagdating sa mga kakailanganing dokumento ng Office of the Ombudsman mula sa Procurement Services - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM). Ito ay kasunod ng paglagda ng dalawang ahensya sa isang Data Sharing Agreement (DSA).

Sa ilalim nito, magkakaroon ng access ang Office of the Ombudsman sa Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) na siyang nagsisilbing centralized electronic portal pagdating sa impormasyon kaugnay ng public procurement.

"Ito 'yung papalit sa subpoena, so at any given moment, office can look through the documents that are necessary for investigations and just like Ombudsman Remulla said, hindi ito gagamitin bilang phishing expedition, so there must be a complaint, whether motiu propio or filed by concern party " ayon kay Assistant Ombudsman Mico Clavano.

BASAHIN: Ibinasura ng Sandiganbayan Third Division ang ikalawang motion for voluntary inhibition ni dating senador Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. kay Associate Justice Karl Miranda kaugnay ng kinahaharap niyang kasong malversation.

Ito’y matapos igiit ni Revilla na kapatid ng mahistrado si Atty. Buenaventura Miranda, ang abogado ni dating DPWH Usec. Roberto Bernardo na testigo sa naturang kaso.
