Congratulations to the latest districts and schools that have gone through the certification process! Schools getting certified follow a set of design standards correlated with student learning growth, with flexibility in design to meet each school's needs. Data shows better results for schools following these standards than other staffing or advanced teaching roles models: Schools with certified status were 2 to 3 times more likely to exceed learning growth expectations schoolwide than schools not using @Opportunity Culture staffing designs. See all the certified schools, and get yours on the list! https://loom.ly/lK1p118 @holabirdacademy229 | @baltcityschools @absspublic | @cumberlandcosch | @personcountyschoolsnc by @publicimpact

Happy #PrincipalAppreciationMonth! We see every day how great principals work to lead their team of instructional leaders in schools using #OpportunityCulture design, and we're so glad to have given them this structure to support them and share the leadership load. by @publicimpact
The New York Times recently asked experts to rate a range of possible solutions to declining student achievement. One of the top two ideas: Frequent small-group #tutoring during the school day--but only "for students who need it," and knocking it as high-cost. We think otherwise--and schools using Opportunity Culture staffing and instructional design prove it. High-dosage tutoring during the school day, for ALL students, delivered by the adults already in the building (not by extra, paid tutors) happens now in schools across the country. And schools see results. Learn more at the tutoring link in our bio by @publicimpact

When the principal of Ross Elementary in @ectorcountyisd talked with us in 2022 before becoming the district's director of leadership, she highlighted the importance of communication in becoming a school committed to its new staffing and instructional design. The school has remained committed, and this spring, it became the first in the nation to reach Certified Opportunity Culture School®, Level 3 status—and it achieved the third-highest overall TEA accountability score and second-highest "closing the gap" score among the district's schools using #OpportunityCulture design. Ross is just one of many Ector County schools seeing results. Join us for an October 7 visit to see two of them in action! ✏️See registration link in bio by @publicimpact
