A little thank you pressie for my mom. She’s the one who got me started on LEGO when I was little, so I thought it’d be cute to build this one for her. :-)

A tiny reminder that showing appreciation doesn’t always have to be a grand gesture. Sometimes it’s just slowing down, making something with your hands, and letting someone know that you’re thinking of them. ♡

I hope Mommy likes her flowers! x

Just a few little things I’ve picked up from drawing on my iPad way too much. ☺️

Rotate your canvas, zoom out once in a while, use references (I promise it’s not cheating 😂), and you reallyyyy don’t need another 500 brushes.

Your tools matter too, especially when you’re drawing for hours. I love the little bit of texture and asmr from my @paperlike screen protector, plus a comfy Pencil Grip for those extra long drawing days. 🥹

Nothing fancy, just small things that make drawing more enjoyable for me. 🩷

Sometimes it’s nice to just colour and not have to think about what to draw. 😌🎨

Tried out the Arrtx All-in-One Acrylic Marker Kit and the colouring sheets are such a nice way to get started if you’ve never used acrylic markers before. The kit comes with 24 colours, a fineliner, 8 line art sheets, a colouring guide + guided video lessons, so everything you need is pretty much in one nifty box.

The colouring sheets are really fun but I still ended up reaching for my sketchbook. 😂 Guess I'm a sketchbook girlie after all.

Are you team colouring sheets or team sketchbook? 👀
