Puffin Pumpkin Pie has landed 🎃

We teamed up with @justbekitchen on a limited-time smoothie made for after the sauna: pumpkin, banana, dates, honey, warm spices, and 12g of protein. It’s salty, sweet, and satisfying!

Only at Just BE through November. Sweat with us, then refuel with them.

✨ A New Space to Receive Bodywork! ✨

I’m delighted to announce that I’m expanding my bodywork practice to Puffin Sauna Club & Bodywork Collective at Yellow Barn Farm! @puffinsaunaclub @yellowbarn.farm

This new location offers my North Boulder, Longmont, and surrounding communities a beautiful, nature-based setting to receive nourishing bodywork.

I’ve long admired Yellow Barn Farm’s commitment to regenerative agriculture, land stewardship, and cultivating a thriving, connected community. I’m grateful for the opportunity to weave my healing work into this beautiful vision!

I’m especially stoked to grow alongside Mitch @ticket_stubbs as we cultivate a collective of skilled bodywork therapists devoted to supporting health, healing, and community. Nestled among the cottonwoods and hillsides, Puffin Sauna Club offers a unique setting to slow down, reconnect, and restore.

A little about my offerings…

My approach to integrative bodywork weaves together therapeutic touch, neuromuscular techniques, cranial somatics, polarity therapy, and subtle energetic rebalancing. For those interested in deeper exploration, I also incorporate heart-centered hypnotherapy and body-centered psychotherapy approaches to support mind-body-soul integration.

Moving from the physical to the subtle, each session is an invitation to restore balance, deepen awareness, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

You can now find me at two locations:

🌿 Mondays | Puffin Sauna Club
Yellow Barn Farm | North Boulder / Longmont

🌿 Tuesdays & Thursdays | The Mandala Center
South Boulder

I’m excited to welcome you into this beautiful space and continue growing in community!

DM me to connect or schedule a session. 🤍 by @puffinsaunaclub

I’m excited that tomorrow is the beginning of a 3 class qigong series with my friend Amanda DeLuz! Amanda is a trained and certified medical qigong practitioner with 30 years of experience. Her class will focus on cultivating vitality, resilience, equilibrium, and longevity.

I can’t think of a better way to drop into your flow than qigong and sauna with a legit practitioner.
Amanda will also bring her botanical products for demo/sale and share her extensive herbalism knowledge. Check it out! by @puffinsaunaclub

Tomorrow night we’re super excited to be hosting two of the our favorite yoga teachers in @creetureyoga and @flynnyoga for a lil’ shindig!

Come for outdoor yoga that’ll have you smiling the whole time, sauna to warm you up, dinner including brats off the grill to fill you up, and beats by @dj.lushee to move you.

Here’s a little secret: yoga in the rain is the best! Especially before sauna. We suggest bringing layers and an extra towel if we have weather.

TOMORROW, Rain or Shine! Limited spots remaining.

See Cree next at Soul Tree Yoga on Sunday at 8:30am, or Kevin at Yoga Pod by @puffinsaunaclub

Thank you so much to @creetureyoga and @flynnyoga for leading a transformative yoga class on Friday, and for everyone that showed up, no matter the weather! It was a magical experience to welcome the rain together, and enjoy it with enthusiasm. To dance to the music of @vann.jpg and warm up in the sauna with y’all just puts it over the top!

If you’d like to come enjoy another Friday night Shindig like this with us, we’re planning another couple in September, dates tbd. We’ll let you know here and by email. by @puffinsaunaclub
