I'm posting this because I need help 😔 As y'all may know. I was involved in an accident where I was riding a fcking E-Bike & ended up being thrown from it over the handle bars & immediately making impact with the concrete. I don't remember much of what happened accept me folding my arms to keep from breaking them & by the time I got up literally no one was around. Due to the accident. When my body made contact with the concrete, I ended up hitting the ground ass 1st forcing my silicone injections to shoot from out of my left butt cheek forcing it to violently tear thru flesh & muscle relocating it to my left hip & left lateral. I didn't go to the ER because I didn't realize how bad it was sor what the mass was until 3/4 days later. I'll be going next week but things aren't looking promising as far as removal & reconstruction of the silicone due to the fact that 1. State insurance looks at silicone injection removal as cosmetic UNLESS it's proven to medically necessary to take it out... 2. Because the few plastic surgeonsI've talked to said they are no longer or have temporarily stopped accepting Medicaid because they haven't been paid by the insurance since well over a year and a half ago. Specifically @drramineni who also did my FFS facial surgery who does a splendid job at reconstruction! If you can, if you're able too, if your will too. Please donate to help me get by over these next few months. I have limited mobility & even the smallest of movements make me feel burning & pinching. & Chile, I be feeling sooooo defeated not being able to do for myself 😭I just need to make sure I'm covered with transportation, food since I can't stand for long periods, hygienic necessities, & funds to make sure my DOGhter is well taken care of which includes food & daily walks. ........... I feel like a bi+ch after pouring my heart out 😭 if you can't donate, just sending some positivity my way. by @puhsay_colada

Dear @markbertini eye hi!

To the rest of you all that are still employed there. Shit is about to kick off. Remember these few gems I'm about to drop for y'all to protect your finances.

1. Record everything. DC is a 1 party state where the consent of only 1 person is needed to record. You can be the consenting party. Wire taping laws are a little bit different but you're still able to record without his consent. Audio only, visually recording someone without consent is a lil more tricky. So, black out the camera!

2. Mark every last hour you work, write it down. Every dollar you make for tips. Write it down. Mark is supposed to compensate yalls pay for minimum wage if you don't make tips for that hour. I can explain further if need be BUT he owes y'all money tbh

3. If he deduct your hours or days due to a disagreement or issue that is based on his personal feelings. Report it immediately. This is why no 1 is so important because although reprisal can be proved if you have proof that shit changed after the disagreement or issue. You'll have a better case on his ass if you have solid proof that he said "xyz" & that your hours and/or pay was effected immediately after.

4. Everytime he threatens to fire someone because of personal reason (or for any reason honestly) OR he discusses the possible termination of 1 one of y'all with a potential future employee or a patron who isn't employed there. Write it down & report it. That's also called "reprisal" & is illegal as well. & he just done that recently with his dumb ass. by @puhsay_colada
