庸子ちゃんの本はこれにて一旦完売となりました。
自宅に眠っていた在庫が、みなさんの手元に渡っていくことができ、とても嬉しいです。

そういえばもう3ヶ月も前のことですが、庸子ちゃんの新刊の印刷立会について行きました。
お目当てはプリンティングディレクターの村田さんに会うこと。EVRYTHING-の時も担当してくれたので一年半ぶりの再会でした🐑
印刷所の方がしてくれるお話ははいつも興味深く、なにより個人的に村田さんのことが大好きです😘 taken in Toyama, Toyama by @pull_the_wool

たくさんの本棚の中の数えきれないほどの本の中、ぽつんと置いてある一冊を見つけて買ってくれる人がいること。発売から1年以上が経ちました。
何回目の納品だろう、いつも本当にありがとうございます。

Thanks to everyone who came out to the exhibition “RUSTLE OF THE MORNING STARS by Alexander Sporre”
.
He was a customer who visited the book store which I’m working at. If he hadn't talked to me at that time, I wouldn't be a co-organizer of this exhibition. 運命！
.

日々の思考方法では見えないもの、聞こえないものに対して意識を向ける

昨年の New Dutch Talent に選出されるなど近年注目を集めている、オランダの若手写真家アレクサンダー・スポーレ( @alexandersporre )の写真展「RUSTLE OF THE MORING STARS」が、5月6日 (日)に、MIDORI.so2 GALLERY ( @midoris0 )にて開催される
.
日々の思考方法では見えないもの、聞こえないものに対して、意識を向けることをテーマとして掲げている今回の作品群は、黒の紙に黒インクで印刷され、少数のカラー作品との対比が美しい構成となっている。インクにも印刷紙にも多くの選択肢がある中、黒一色での表現を選択することは、限定的であり、それは多数の選択の余地がありながらも、制約を設けるという点で、私たちの日常的な思考と重なる部分があると言えるかもしれない
.
彼が日本に滞在した2ヶ月間で撮影したイメージが、2つの異なった印刷方法によって表現されることで、私たちの意識・無意識についても再確認させられる展示となるだろう
