Two days in Paris. One question: what lies beneath the things we create, lead and value?

For this edition of Pullman xChange, co-created with @houseofbeautifulbusiness, we explored The Source Code, the invisible qualities behind every meaningful experience, every achievement, every human connection. But we didn’t just talk about it. We experienced it.

Through conversations that embraced uncertainty. At the hotel bar, where what is usually left unsaid found a voice. In the pastry kitchen, where craftsmanship taught us to slow down. Alongside the teams whose care and precision bring hospitality to life.

And finally, around one table, where every course revealed another piece of the Source Code.
Imagination. Awareness. Rhythm. Precision. Care.

The final quality couldn’t be written on a card. It had to be felt. Courage. The courage to imagine differently, connect more deeply, and create what truly matters.

The journey may be over, but one question remains:
