I went back to West Virginia and it was just how I left it the last time I was there absolutely beautiful. You can take the boy out of the country, but you can’t take the country out of the boy that’s what my grandpa used to always say. During this Cook, I thought a lot about Cooper my dog and how he would’ve run down into the creek bottom and sat beside me as I cook the steak, knowing that I would take care of him and give him a T-bone. I miss you Cooper and I miss you, West Virginia. Y’all both feel like Home. To my family and mad seasoning thanks for letting me do what I do. I’m beyond blessed and the sadness will go away, but that’s the price you pay for having a dog. @mad_seasoning by @pullstartfire

Back in the mountains of West Virginia
Porterhouse Steak, fire and @mad_seasoning white everyday seasoning.
These @pullstartfire are legit. I cooked this steak from start to finish in thirty minutes. That’s set up, prep and cook.

An entire seafood boil cooked on a @pullstartfire charcoal grill
Y’all got to check em out.
🔥🔥🔥recipe🔥🔥🔥
1 bulb minced garlic (6-8 cloves…1/2 for sauce and 1/2 for the boil)
4 tbsp mad blue
2 tbsp mad red
2 tbsp mad white
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp cayenne
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp hot sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 lemon juice
1lb butter
2lbs red potatoes
6 ears of corn cut in half
2lbs shrimp
2lbs kielbasa

For the boil broth j
Water
Beer is optional
2 lemons cut in wedges
1/2 bulb of garlic crushed
2 tbsp MaD blue
4 bay leaves

Add potatoes to a big pot
Cover with water and add broth ingredients.
Boil potatoes until tender
Start butter sauce
Slice sausage into coins
Brown kielbasa
Remove and reserve
Add butter and melt
Scraping off bits from pan
Once melted add all the spices, hot-sauce, ketchup and lemon juice.
Add sausage to sauce
Stir and hold on low heat.

Back to the boil
When potatoes are tender
Turn down heat to a simmer
Add corn and cook for five minutes
Add shrimp right on top of corn
Turn up heat, give em a stir and cover with lid
Cook shrimp until they are Orangish time varies depending on size of shrimp.

Drain all water. From the boil
Pour butter sauce over the vegetables and shrimp.
