Planet PULP would like to announce the launch of Issue 31: Nerd Out!

Come join us at Astro's Arcade Bar from 7:00PM-11:00PM on 30 October. On this Hallow's Eve, come dressed in your most glamorous, spookiest, dramatic, nerdiest couture. Costumes are not required but prizes will be given to BEST DRESSED.

There will be FREE arcade games to be played all night and a LIMITED bar tab.

We're going to let you in on a secret ... here is what us PULP editors look for in your pitches. Whether it is your first time pitching or if you're a PULP veteran, these tips are for you. Now you've got the inside scoop, go off and PITCH!

Here's what we need:

Clarity of idea, structure, tone (and word count if it’s a written piece)
A 200-word sample of your draft, or an example of your previous works
A unique perspective!
An ANONYMISED submission (essential x)
Any non-text pieces - we take all art, film, audio, digital and multimedia works
How your piece might relate to our theme! (not strictly necessary, but it can be useful)
