Pulse Play Circles offers engaging experiences for corporate teams, students, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and diverse community groups, using participatory drumming, singing, improvisation, laughter yoga, body percussion, and rhythm-based activities to encourage listening, expression, teamwork, and emotional wellbeing.

🥁 I’m excited to be part of the 2026 Metro Vancouver Black Business Expo as a vendor!

I’m so looking forward to bringing Pulse Play Circles to this wonderful celebration of Black-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, creativity, and community.

Through rhythm, percussion, voice, movement, and collaborative play, I create experiences that help people connect, express themselves, have fun, and feel a greater sense of wellbeing. My sessions are designed for a wide range of groups — from corporate teams and students to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and diverse community groups.

At Pulse Play Circles, I offer team-building rhythm circles, circle singing and vocal improv, laughter yoga, body percussion workshops, and one-on-one rhythm meditation. Every session is an opportunity to listen, participate, laugh, create, and connect through the power of rhythm.
