If there is something you see you want me to post just let me know. Though a good amount of pairs were missing, this was taken in 2024. I've outgrown this area and need to find a new solution. by @pumapaisan
Day 2 of #30DaysOfPumaLove A great fall/winter pair I love to break out when that time comes. This is the Puma Basket R (White/Mahogany-Gold), a retro lifestyle sneaker originally released as part of Puma's 2007 Holiday lineup. Does this Basket hold up after almost 20 years? Key Design Features: Features a muted lizard-skin texture pattern across the upper material. Crisp white leather construction along the side paneling. Classic low-top "Basket" silhouette Finished with distinct gold metallic accents on the Puma side branding. #PumaBasket #Puma #FatLaces #OldSchoolIsNewCool by @pumapaisan
Day 1 of #30DaysOfPumaLove This is one of my favorite vacation/holiday (depending on where you're from) pairs. I love all the colors and I'm a big fan of Michael Lau collabs. The Michael Lau x PUMA Suede Vintage Q2 'Multi' (colorway: Dill/Elektro Blue) is a collaborative sneaker released on May 18, 2021, by renowned Hong Kong-based artist and toy designer Michael Lau—widely known as the "Godfather of Toy Figures". Key Details & Design • Inspiration: The design draws heavily from the concept of a "sample" sneaker and the industrial creative process, turning the footwear into a wearable art piece that mimics a work-in-progress prototype. • Aesthetic: Features an experimental, "mismatched" layout with asymmetric color blocking between the left and right shoes, zig-zag fabric sample stitching, and a textured suede upper. #Puma #FatLaces #PumaSuede #OldSchoolIsNewCool by @pumapaisan
Here's something for #WaltClydeWednesday It's Puma Clyde x UNDFTD Snakeskin "Back in 2011 PUMA and Undefeated joined forces for a series of collaborative Clyde releases to honour the legendary shoe. In total there were 8 packs released over a two year period and this red pair is from the Snakeskin editions that came out in 2012. PUMA had previously worked with Eddie Cruz of Undefeated on a Suede Mid shoe but this project saw them release several shoes in a relatively short period of time, which was something quite new. They formed a large part of PUMA’s ‘The List’ account which was for special releases sold through select stores. The shoe features premium red leather upper with a black Snakeskin effect form-strip and a contrasting suede lace stay panel. The inner lining and sole are leather while the PUMA logo is replaced by the Undefeated one on the tongue. Within the entire range the FOT which is usually found on the rear heel is now to be found on the inner rear of the shoe. Unlike other versions where the logo is coloured or stitched on, these are stamped with the script style Clyde. The matching tonal cotton laces complete the classy looking shoe honouring the original. Since their release and the completion of the Undefeated series there have been very few Clyde releases, and the 40th Anniversary of the shoe passed by in 2013 without the occasion being celebrated or acknowledged. But for a shoe that is now 41 years old and going strong it surely won’t be too long until it’s seen again with a similar special release." - Frixshun.com #Puma #FatLaces #PumaClyde #SneakerCollection by @pumapaisan
My last post you saw the sister shoe of this girl here. Puma Suede 'Cord' but today it's in the Archive Green/Team Violet/Rickie Orange colorway. #Puma #PumaSuede #FatLaces #SneakerCollection #SuedeSunday by @pumapaisan
The Puma Suede 'Cord that dropped in '23. I'm a big fan of using different materials and the corduroy is one of my favorites. I topped my pair off with a pair of pink #FatLaces to accent the inner sock. How do you make your kicks unique? #Puma #PumaSuede #SneakerCollection #OpdSchoolIsNewCool by @pumapaisan
One of my favorite collaborations for the #PumaClyde This special edition was created in partnership between PUMA and the legendary hip-hop record label Def Jam Recordings. The partnership celebrated the deep shared history between 1980s b-boy culture, hip-hop history, and classic PUMA footwear. It features a premium tumbled white leather upper with a contrasting Cordovan (burgundy) suede Formstrip. The classic gold foil "PUMA Clyde" branding is stamped on the lateral side. And a custom Def Jam branding is featured prominently on the woven tongue tag and the insoles. #Puma #FatLaces #DefJam #WaltClydeWednesday by @pumapaisan
The Puma x Beavis and Butt-Head Suede "Cornholio" is a fun, nostalgic sneaker collaboration released in December 2023. It takes Puma's classic 1968 suede silhouette and gives it a chaotic 90s MTV makeover. Key Design Details Colorway: Cool Dark Grey / Astro with muted gray suede uppers, paired with signature blue and red/yellow color accents. The "Cornholio" Theme: Features iconic quotes and references from the show stamped or hidden on the shoes, including "I am the great cornholio," "I need TP for my bung hole," and "This sucks" printed right on the bottom outsole. Unique Accessories: Comes with a special shoelace keychain shaped like a roll of toilet paper and extra yellow laces alongside the standard thick black ones. Character Graphics: Features the show's logo, images of the duo on the tongue/heel, and co-branded graphics. #Puma #PumaSuede #SuedeSunday #FatLaces #BeavisAndButthead by @pumapaisan
The packaging colorway and insole are top notch with this pair of Puma Clyde Tokyo. Below was taken from an article in 2023: "As we celebrate its golden jubilee, the Puma Clyde firmly cements its place in sneaker lore, continuously blending the illustrious legacy of Walt "Clyde" Frazier with contemporary, global inspirations. Originating from the basketball courts and gracefully permeating the realms of fashion and subculture, the Clyde silhouette is not merely a shoe but an emblem of style evolution. For its remarkable milestone this year, Puma voyages to Tokyo's vibrant streets, encapsulating the city's enigmatic allure and soft drink culture, crafting a refreshing and nostalgically sweet narrative within the Puma Clyde Tokyo. Reimagining the classic silhouette, the Puma Clyde in the Tokyo colorway subtly immerses itself in a deliciously creamy leather upper. The shoe imbues a soft drink-inspired aesthetic through the bubbled Puma Formstrip, which radiates a soft pink hue, mirroring the gentle color palette often associated with Japan's popular carbonated beverages. This delightful pink accentuates the tongue tag and juxtaposes eloquently against the Japanese characters gracefully poised on the lateral midfoot. The insole bears a graphic that pays homage to Japanese sodas, reflecting the theme that bubbles throughout the shoe. A white-on-white rubber midsole and outsole rest underfoot, ensuring a consistent and clean finish. The Puma Clyde Tokyo will release October 14, 2023, through Puma and select retailers online and in-store." - SoleRetriever.com #Puma #PumaClyde #WaltClydeWednesday #SneakerCollection #FatLaces by @pumapaisan
I was kindly asked to show these Puma Suede '93 pack after I posted my sneaker display room. If there is something you want to see, let me know. "The PUMA Suede has seen it's fair share of colour iterations over its long and revered lineage, however the future 'Since 93' pack owes a round of thanks to another Puma favourite. Seen here in two boisterous renditions, the graphic uppers come re-purposed from the inner lining of the original 1993 Disc Blaze. These two hectic colourways of orange/teal and green/black/blue." - SneakerFreaker.com #PumaSuede #FatLaces #Puma #SuedeSunday #OpdSchoolIsNewCool by @pumapaisan
