Last week, PUMP staff had the opportunity to attend the annual Sport & Social Industry Association (SSIA) conference. At this conference there is an awards banquet that recognizes some of the amazing work that is happening across the industry. Additionally, each club has the opportunity to send out a yearly satisfaction survey to its membership. For the 2025 calendar year, the PSL received the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) of any club with 4,000 - 10,000 members!

We are thrilled yet humbled. While we aren’t perfect, we do our best every day to provide the highest quality leagues, tournaments, and events that we can. We are grateful for each and every one of you who engage with us on a nightly, weekly, seasonally, or yearly basis. Our goal is to upkeep this standard while improving any way we can.

With gratitude,
Ky, Meghan, Alexis, Greg, & Josiah
