Making better breast pumps. Email [email protected] 💁🏼

Your Liquid Insert would like a word. 😮‍💨

Liquid Inserts wear out with use. Pumping a few times a week, a pair lasts around 2–3 months. Pumping 8 times a day, a pair lasts around 2–4 weeks.

Those numbers are estimates. Every insert lives a different life, and yours depends on how often you pump, how you clean it and how you sterilize it.

A frayed or stretched valve and a drop in suction are the two signs that yours is done. by @pumpables

It’s EP mom life to be honest! If you’re in your breastfeeding / EP / Toddler mom era, I am too 🫶🏻

Oh I almost forgot- code MOMBRUBAGS saves you 10% off Pumpables!!

Haven’t washed a single pump part while traveling in years 😏

Comment “flange” and I’ll DM you the link to the flanges I use that not only maintain my supply while traveling, but allow me to skip washing all together 🤫

Last night we went on a date and when I tell you it was hot 🥵 it was HOT. I normally do not bring an extra cooler for my pump parts but last night was feeling a little lazy 🤣 and did the cooler “fridge” hack. Whyyyy don’t I do that more often!

My forever favorite breast pump by @pumpables, of course my @cereschill OG and then breast pump bag by @mombrubags tend to be the three things I use everyday as an EP mama!

Use code MOMBRU for 15% your Ceres Chill ❄️ and chill your milk like a pro!

Use code MOMBRUBAGS to save 10% off on your Pumpables 🫶🏻 you won’t be dissappointed!

My number 1 most used product as a 2X exclusively pumping mom.

Hands down liquid inserts by @pumpables saved my first breastfeeding journey.

Everybody’s body responds differently to different tools but if you’re a breastfeeding mom who’s been struggling with pain while pumping, I HIGHLY recommend trying out liquid inserts.
