A couple updates. One, my savior and a huge reminder of why I married her. Nerve blocker wore off ahout 2am and I was in crushing pain. I woke her up and she set me up on the couch and she laid with me presumably until I went to sleep. Incredible caretaker. She deserves all the celebration in the world for being the best wife ever. Sorry guys, your wives have to be second place! Let's hear it for @bougiepunker

Second, saw my surgeon. We cleaned up the joints in the shoulder and made space for them all to move. There were partial tears in the labrum, rotator and biceps tendon. Those were mostly smoothed out but need to be watched, especially the rotator because to shave off where it's torn would end up being a full rotator procedure which can be up to a year of recovery. Hard no if we don't have to. Surgeon says 99% of the time it will be fine. Avoiding that 1% like the plague.

One of my biggest pet peeves in NJ is the entitled lazy people who leave their carts out for someone else to pick up after them. But leaching your cart 5 feet from the return? Come on. That's end boss lazy. Put your carts away, ass faces. by @punxave

I've had this bear just about as long as I've been alive. Gotten pretty beat up with lots of holes over the years. Welp. The wife had him fixed for me.

I've been using him every night under my arm to try to alleviate some shoulder pain while I sleep.

Looks like he's going to have to retire from active duty after 40 years. He nows lives on my couch in my office.

This is why LeBron isn't in my top 5. If you want to be in the conversation, can't be constantly losing when it counts. Especially with more help than anyone. LeBron's teammates had 88 all star apearnaces while playing with him. For conext, that's more than MJ, Magic, Bird, Steph, Dirk and Duncan COMBINED. by @punxave

Booked $1,700 Premium Select with @delta to go to Europe. They stick us on @airbaltic which is the @spiritairlines of Europe. Had to pay 80€ for our carry on baggage and we're in the back of the plane. The experience has been.. Suds in Latvian. by @punxave
