Pelvic tilts are a great warm up for your hips but when you’re holding a puppy, this allows you to be more gentle and slow down so you don’t hurt or drop the dog.

Remind your nervous system to calm down so that you can get deeper into the movement this weekend at 9:30am!! Come take a PupSweat class 🐾🐶💙 taken in Hackensack, New Jersey by @pupsweat

Good morning, friends! 🐾 Meet Kiwi & Mango 🥝🥭

These two little boy Toy Poodles are absolute LOVE BUGS. They’re super affectionate, playful, curious, and always ready to be wherever you are. They love being held, cuddling up in your lap, playing with their toys, and giving kisses. They’re social, great with kids, and have the sweetest little personalities.

Both are vaccinated, dewormed, trained, and looking for their forever homes. 🏡

Good Morning World 🌍 my name is Sensei and I’m a Bella Puppy! @bellapuppies2.0

I’m a mini toy poodle that gets up to 10lbs fully grown. I have all my shots and I’m dewormed! I’m also in the process of being crate trained so I don’t make messes everywhere.

I’m looking for my forever home! I’m fun and have a good amount of energy but I also like to chill when it’s time and I’m extremely friendly especially with kids and other dogs!

I’m looking for someone who wants to take me in and make me apart of the family! I promise I’ll be a good boy!!!! 🐶😩💙🐾 by @pupsweat
