Hiiiii! Have we met, yet? While I donā€™t believe in ONE definition that fits me or anyone in a box. This is why Iā€™m here. But before I found a way here, I was living a ā€˜pretty down to earthā€™ life, with old preconceptions that kept my feet on the groundā€¦ while inside my head I was SECRETLY dreamingāœØ co-creating experiences with the creative-driven people that where brave enough to tryā€¦ For 10 yrs, I silenced those dreams inside a corporate marketing career that left me utterly disconnected from my inner ALIVENESS šŸŒŖļøBut in 2020 life took a wild turn (a wild one!)šŸŒŖļøšŸŒŖļø Right at the peak of my career, the huge contract I was waiting forā€¦ never happened. I saw injustice, politically INcorrect measures and that was it šŸ«” I decided TO STOP KEEPING MY FEET ON THE GROUND AND START LIVING FROM MY HEART OUT! And you know.. I took that kind of jump that only brings you back to YOU. My 1st biz was an online ecosystem for impact-makers. Well, it didnā€™t worked but, but it led me to create purposeful projects w/ beautiful entrepreneurs ā€¦ and you know what...WHAT? The creation that returned what I already had šŸŖ„šŸ§æ Our light always finds a way to find us and shine through us... even when we donā€™t see it ourselves and even more especially when we keep seeing someone elseā€™s light more than our own. For soooo long I thought people would value and therefore join my world because of my experience in branding, marketing, design + strategy... the expertise I cultivated through a corporate career that eventually became my own businessā€¦ and a kind of identity Iā€™ve built with so much f* effort while the wild thing insideā€¦moving, mystical guide, the intuitive, the sensitive, the artist in me lived mostly inside very intimate rooms where she felt safe enough to be fully her this year, during Mercury retrograde and around my birthday in Marchā€¦I saw something than I could not unsee it anymore until it became a truth having all these gifts is no longer enough. There is an expression that wants to come through. something a bigger, wider, wilder , honest contribution that feels unknown to me... Messy moves later this experience happened Four days with this circle of spiritual, creative leaders + multidimensional artists where I shared some of the bravest parts of my body of work, rewrote practices the night before going LIVE, channeled words morning and night... and somehow creating felt delicious, holding the group felt like second skin, delivering felt like dancing. Then they started reflecting back the things they had received from me... and so much of what they valued was exactly the parts I had spent years believing should live in the background. The Carolina in her true magica was somehow brighter than the biz strategist... and she contributed in bigger and deeper ways because of that Maybe thatā€™s why our light will ALWAYS find a way to shine brighter than the shadows that follow it. The contradiction of embodiment in a moment of expansion when accessing all the layers you feel youā€™re capable of (before thereā€™s evidence) ā˜šŸ¼ For those of you who would love to open the big and honest conversation about the contradictions behind expansion This is The integrity piece of having LIVED what you sell and experienced the results long enough before you lead with itā€¦ is kind of yeah, obviously!ā€¦ I want and super intentionally choose people guiding me to have lived, practiced, experienced and created evidence around what theyā€™re inviting me into. But having worked with different mentos as much as supporting brands from different industries, and leaders with different business modelsā€¦ Iā€™ve been contemplating where does embodiment keeps us from starting to walk, choose and lead from the version of ourselves that can see all possibilities and outgrow beyond our current experience and results. Because if the only people weā€™re qualified to support are people whose business, identity, experiences, challenges and desired expansion look like ours... How deeply are we actually seeing them beyond what has been true for us? How honestly can we guide them to step into their wealthiest most expansive timeline (or strategy)? Brands building circular movements and reviving the things that were once made by humans...so that they stay for ever with us Yesterday @armadillostores and @kammhere invited us to this incredible cacao pairing at @casaecuadorofficial We tasted one of the worldā€™s best-awarded chocolates, made with the finest cacao... it was soooo delicious, and the whole experience was sooo incredibly special Michelle is the creator of @kammhere took us through the ancient history of cacao and how he is pioneering a product that honors the richness of its history and ingredients with so much integrity And Dani my friend and founder of @armadillostores She designs this cool clothes and accessories handmade by indigenous artisans... she knows Iā€™m her biggest fan ā¤ļø love how her pieces brings back to community. ahead of our time šŸŒ€ especially in the way we knew it was true , honest, ethical and fun! Ahead of the market in how we have been inviting our high caliber aligned clients into our world. Ahead of an industry that is now turning around into what we have been doing for years šŸ«£ identity led, emotional, desire and nuanced levers to build demand, certainty and a fully aligned yesss Ahead of time, when we were against the guru marketing and started modeling sales as the greatest acts of generosity in how much time and care we put into making our marketing a places that honors their own truth, their values, their experiences... Itā€™s becoming a lot more interesting, honest and humanistic. Iā€™ve always been fascinated by the very particular inner dialogue that makes someone feel trust, decide and move with a full-yes decision. The emotional state theyā€™re in. The identity they already feel themselves becoming. The thing they want to release. The secret want, vision, ecstasy they keep dreaming about and writing about in their journal. The old stories and patterns sheā€™s ready to release... but doesnā€™t know how. What sheā€™s obsessed with becoming but doesnā€™t entirely trust yet... and how to trust in a possibility she hasnā€™t even met yet. And I like, finally!!!! that the more discerning people become about where they invest their money, energy and trust... the more our entire brand and sales ecosystem needs to honor that complexity. Maybe thatā€™s why so many artists, creators, pioneers and multidimensional creatives are rising and selling their art (and work) more than ever! we understand nuance and notice the micro things around reactions and emotions. and ohhhh how we feel whatā€™s underneath what someone is saying. We know that two women can buy the exact same offer for completely different reasons... and that the same woman can make a completely different buying decision depending on the season of her life, what sheā€™s experienced before, what she trusts now and what sheā€™s finally ready for.
