Teacher spotlight: ELIZABETH 🤘 Pop-punk playlists, Empower classes, and casually working on her THIRD album. Yeah, our teachers are pretty cool. Get to know the face behind the mic and one of the reasons we love our Westside crew so much. Swipe for a little Liz lore. 🖤 by @purebarrewestside
Welcome to the 50 Club! 🎉 You’ve held a forearm plank for over 1 ¼ hours, powered through 150 thigh sprints, crushed 100 seat exercises, and committed to 5 ½ hours of ab work. This is such an exciting milestone and we’re so proud of you, Anna! 💛 by @purebarrewestside
✨ GET TO KNOW ERIN! ✨ It’s time for a little Westside staff spotlight, and we’re showing some love to our girl Erin! 💌 Erin took her very first Pure Barre class back in December 2022 at PB Glastonbury, and the rest is history! A few fun things about Erin: 🔥 Empower has her whole heart (and ignites her soul)! 🎓 She was her high school class president. We love a natural-born leader! 🏃‍♀️ When she’s not at the barre, you’ll probably find her outside running. It’s her therapy! 🍞 And the best part? Before heading out for a run, she’s usually whipping up a fresh loaf of bread or cinnamon rolls to enjoy afterward. Balance, right?! We’re so lucky to have Erin as part of our Westside crew! Be sure to show her some love next time you see her at the barre! ❤️ by @purebarrewestside
