Last year’s ANBF Flextivus was a smashing hit. If you’re looking for a fun quality show to end your 2026 season make it the ANBF Flextivus and ProMasters Last Call in Brick, NJ on 12/5/26 All amateur and ProMaster divisions will be offered. I’ve often get told I don’t show any transformations of any of our awesome members from my gym, Pure Focus Sports Club. There are so many success stories coming out of #theonlyrealgymaround. Here is the first of many stories to come. Her name is Miracle, @miraclesrosieday. She came to Pure Focus in July of 2025 with a dream of competing again. She’d done a bodybuilding competition years ago and she was determined to do it again. We set her up with her workout and diet/macro plans. The amazing part of her story is her total body transformation to a more athletic build with a much lower body fat percentage and an increased muscular structure. She started at 145 and her last show competition she was 127 pounds. She is currently training for another show on 9/26, the @anbfnatural Nationals in Brick, NJ. If you’re in the area come out to Lake Riviera Middle School to root her and many other success stories and/or come to Pure Focus Sports Club and start your journey towards a better and healthier body and mind.
