🇩🇪 Berlin energy hits different.

This class was full of presence, power and feeling 🤍 Thank you @dannypenninzula @pureheelsprogram for having us teach at your comeback event last weekend - beyond grateful & our class was filling us up in ways that we can’t explain!

Dancing this choreography felt exactly right. Thank you to all the beautiful students for bringing it to life, we absolutely LOVED every second of it.

Much love to everyone involved ✨🥹

As a dancer, you can express anything you love no matter who you are or what role you’re “supposed” to fit into. Over the past years, I’ve learned how important openness, courage, and trusting your own feeling truly are. Creating space for every woman and every person to show their strength and passion through dance means everything.

The next @pureheelsprogram takes place
January 16–18, 2026 — take a chance and join us.
