I only met @ikecatcher twice, yet he changed my whole life. I created this AI pic with IKE — it’s my daily motivation, for everyone on the same path: stay healthy, strong, and good. When we stick together, carrying the cross ✝️ gets so much easier.

My dream: one day I’ll return to Muscle Beach and train right beside IKE — hitting handstands, maybe even backflips. That’s the goal.

Muscle Beach isn’t the same without @ikecatcher. Meeting him was pure accident — I didn’t even know who he was back then… but that moment rewrote everything. Since then I’ve trained like never before, found purpose, and finally felt grounded. I learned: if you want something, you work for it. No wasting time, no bullshit. It gave me discipline, control, and self-respect.

That whole USA trip — no money, no place to stay, sleeping on streets — was 100% worth it. God truly works in mysterious ways.

Now I train right, eat clean, stay natural — no roids. I’ll live long, strong, and chase this dream forever. What’s more important than lifting people up and saving souls? So many are lost and angry these days — I’m just grateful I’m not, and I want to make this world better.

7 years since LA, I’m 29 now. I’ll stay in peak shape until I’m 60, 70 and beyond (unless a bus hits me 🤣 — and that’s NOT an excuse to skip training!). Imagine: 30–40+ years strong… and I’ve only been at my best 2 years. Future is bright.

And don’t twist it: working out & staying healthy isn’t narcissistic. Funny how everyone talks about health only once they end up in hospital… before that? It’s all a joke to them.

I wish everyone finds this clarity — fix your mind, body, life. I’ll do for others what IKE did for me. I never ask for money — he never did. This is the chain of goodness. If you can’t see it, drop your ego, follow IKE, or message me — I’ll always help.
