Matteo Dema, or Dema to his friends, was born in Varese, Italy, into a family of musicians. Growing up surrounded by music, he learned to play various instruments, including piano and guitar, from a young age.

Over time, he developed a passion for Reggae and Dancehall music. This led him to join the Varese collective Yaga Youthz Sound as a DJ and sound engineer. Later, he also became part of the legendary hip-hop group Stato Brado Crew as a DJ and producer.

As they say, some loves come full circle. After a nearly 10-year hiatus from the music scene, during which he focused on his career in IT, Dema made his return in 2024. Now an independent DJ operating under the name MrDema, he's concentrating on techno music and its many facets. While he explores various sub-genres like tekno, tech house, and hard techno, psy trance music always holds a special place in his heart.

If music is an emotion, each record selected is an emotional choice. The dedication to finding new music equals the search for new ways to manifest and share emotions.

His sets move from frivolous moments to nostalgic and romantic breaks, as bodies do, moving from an internal energy to an external output: the music.

The password to his Wi-Fi is ElettroNewBeatSynthPopHighNRGDubVersion.

Vodka Mate is not a DJ and apologizes for any mistakes.
In 2021, he co-founded 1rthodox with friends in Arcisate, creating a format that the province of Varese was missing, eventually organizing events between Milan and Turin. In 2024, together with Lello Dimamma, he founded Pure Radio and the soundwave101 projects.

Lello Dimamma is the moniker of a side quest launched in 2023 by Leonardo, known as il Lello. With a sonic narrative spanning electro, house, and progressive, the project delivers a nostalgic reimagining of late '90s and early 2000s sounds. It bridges surgically crafted basement-studio productions with curated DJ sets played across the grittiest local provincial clubs.

With this final series of sets, we are officially closing the doors of our little studio, a place so deeply loved and cherished by all of us. 📻✨

We look back with so much fondness on those sleepless soundwaves nights, the showcases that kept us company over the past two years, the new faces that became close friends, and the old friends we were so lucky to find again. 🫂🌙

PURE Radio is heading into a new chapter, and we couldn't be happier to share this bittersweet moment of transition with you. Our cozy little studio will still be here to keep you company for the next two months…

after that, who knows? 💫⏳ by @pureradio_

Here we come with the last PURE Radio pool party set of the year.
We had fun recording all these artists and we enjoyed every moment.
Hoping you feel part of it, we leave you in good hands with EKINISSIMA:

The contrast between Istanbuľ's Bosphorus pulse and Turin's industrial quiet below the Alps form the backdrop for how Ekin listens, collects, and mixes. Behind the decks as Ekinissima, she moves across electronic, jazz, house, and vocal-driven music without treating any of them as a fixed identity, and prioritizes texture at every turn. Moving from low-slung grooves into fast, complex rhythms, her sets use harmonic tension to keep the floor shifting.

Here we go with the first of the last sets we prepared for you this summer🏖️

We’re start with the first set by PIT:

Based in Verona, this 27-year-old DJ, producer, and musician has had music at the core of their journey since picking up the trumpet at age nine. Stepping behind the decks just two years ago, the artist quickly developed an instinctive connection with the craft.

The project spans Latin house, tech house, hard techno, and drum and bass. Each set is characterized by high energy, strong crowd engagement, and total immersion, elevated by original productions designed to draw the dance floor fully into the experience. The artist’s track record already includes performances across notable clubs in Italy, as well as international club dates in Córdoba, Spain.🎶✨
