Exciting stuff, I will be taking 1:1 and 2:1 PT and Tech sessions out of @jslc_health_and_performance It’s been a decent while since I offered in person PT and tech work, and I’m absolutely pumped. Shoot me a message and let’s get started. 🔥🔥 ☠️ Live Fast, Get Strong ☠️ by @purgatory.strength
Just want to gauge interest on sizes and quantities for these shirts. Printed on AS colour staple, will be $40 delivered but won’t be doing them until the new year. This isn’t a pre sale so there’s no lock in requirement, just hit me up and let me know if you’re keen and what size you want. by @purgatory.strength
Thought it was time for a little update. Big thanks to @scottmosstattoos for the wicked logo update. Will have some merch incoming after Xmas. Been coaching away quietly, I really struggle to find the time for the social media side of this stuff. If you wanna get strong and compete, hit me up. Let’s get to work. by @purgatory.strength
@batsonlifts took to the platform for the first time at @jungle.sp_ this morning, and had a ripping day going 8/9 Squat - 200kg Bench - 110kg Deadlift - 200kg Total - 510kg Jacob has been with me for 5 months now, and has added 80kg to his squat, 20kg to his bench, and 60kg to his deadlift. This is one big, strong 17 year old with a real future in the sport. Shoutout to the crew at Jungle Strength & Performance for running a fantastic novice, and being a very welcoming and friendly gym. If you’re keen on getting strong, reach out. Let’s get to work LIVE FA⚡️ST, GET ⚡️TRONG by @purgatory.strength

PRORAW 14 - REDEMPTION BACK ON THE PLATFORM POST INJURY. 🩸 TIME FOR A PR TOTAL. @prorawpowerlifting by @purgatory.strength
@lana_scholten2.0 had herself a DAY at @peninsulabarbell Summer Classic for @gpcaustralia and we are SO PROUD. Lanas prep has been awesome, she’s worked so hard and today’s the day it paid off. We didn’t nail that last deadlift, but with the progress made on squat and bench, that didn’t even matter. Lana added over 10% to her bench alone since late October. There was definitely more in the tank on both squat and bench too. Squat - 140kg (+22.5kg) Bench - 52.5kg (+5kg) Deadlift - 127.5kg Total - 320kg (+20kg) Congrats all the lifters, to the crew at @peninsulabarbell for an incredibly well run comp, to @krispys.au for making burgers so good I threw my cut out the window, and to @trickeyponting for an awesome live stream. Can’t wait to see what we put up later this year 🔥🔥 by @purgatory.strength
As a coach, there is very few things that make me as happy as seeing a client, who has become a great friend, do things they never knew they were capable of. The smile on @lana_scholten2.0 face pulling 135kg and securing her first 300kg total tells the story of a day that started rough, but finished strong. When your backs against the wall in any sport, your hard work and training will shine through. Put in the work now, and it’ll show later. If you want to get fitter and stronger than you’ve ever been, there’s in person and online spots still available. Plenty of novice and sanctioned comps coming up if you want to dip your toes into the incredible world of competitive powerlifting too. ☠️ Live Fast, Get Stong ☠️ 📸 @joshua.j.roberts by @purgatory.strength
Put this on the story the other day, but last time I did that a lot of people said they missed out because they didn’t see it. Ran off some shirts and tanks. AS Colour Staple Tee, and AS Colour Barnard Tank. From size S through to 2XL. $40 Inc free express post. If you’re keen on one, let me know. Shoutout to @coastalgraphicstooradin for getting this done for me, as usual. by @purgatory.strength
TRUST A coach and athlete relationship is built on a foundation of trust. Trust that the coach has the knowledge to do the work, the right understanding of the athlete, and intentions at heart. Trust that the athlete will do the work and tick the boxes. Without this, the relationship is bound to leave kilograms on the table, and be short term. If you’re interested in getting strong, get into the DM and let’s get started 🔥☠️ 📸 @joshua.j.roberts by @purgatory.strength
