A new way to restore, reconnect, and deepen our approach to wellness.

Our Purity team recently participated in sound bath training with Kelsey Elledge, expanding our knowledge of sound-based relaxation and its role in a holistic wellness experience.

At Purity Day Spa, we’re always looking for thoughtful ways to grow, learn, and bring new experiences to our clients. As a day spa, we’re always reminding you to rebook your facial every 4–6 weeks. But we realized… we should probably explain why that timeframe matters. 🤍

There’s actually science behind our recommendation for monthly facials.

Your skin naturally goes through a process called cellular turnover, where old skin cells are shed and new ones are produced. This cycle typically takes around 28–30 days, although it can slow down as we age.

Most facials include some form of exfoliation, which helps remove built-up dead skin cells and supports healthy skin renewal. Staying consistent with professional facials can help maintain your skin’s health, support your skincare goals, and give your esthetician the opportunity to check in on what your skin needs as it changes.
