ONE PIECE OF WEDDING ADVICE? KEEP YOUR VIDEOGRAPHER OR PHOTOGRAPHER FOR THE PARTY.

WHY?

Elle & Matt’s wedding at Raco Ibiza is exactly why I always tell couples to keep me for the party. Watching them completely let go and enjoy themselves, surrounded by their favourite people, is what this part of the day is all about and it’s the best!

This is the point in the day when people forget there’s a camera in the room.

The speeches are done. The nerves have gone. The shoes might be off. Your guests are fully themselves and suddenly all these brilliant little moments start happening everywhere.

📸 Your best mate doing something ridiculous.
📸 Your mum or dad unexpectedly owning the dance floor.
📸 A hug happening in the corner.
📸 Someone revealing a talent nobody knew they had.

That’s the stuff I love capturing.

The ceremony gives you the moments you know are coming. The party gives you the ones you couldn’t possibly plan.

So if you’re deciding when your photographer or videographer should finish, my advice is simple:

Keep us for the party.

You might not remember everything that happened once the dance floor gets going.

Luckily, I will 😜

8 years together 😍

8 years since you finally succumbed to that annoying mate in your DM’s nonstop

8 years of madness
8 years of 4 trips a year, at least 10 gigs and 2 festivals per year
8 years of eating out 3 times a week
8 years of walking down the canal
8 years of staying in, having a mix and being naughty
8 years of making loads of plans and changing our mind

But no matter what we do it’s amazing. Happy Shagversary babes

Short-Rib on specials all weekend @brandyhouseldn

We source outstanding beef ribs from Yorkshire. The breed is Aberdeen Angus. Why Angus?

It’s all about that marbling. Originating from the Highlands of Scotland, this breed is world-renowned for its incredible intramuscular fat. When we hit it with that 12-hour smoke, that fat renders down to create a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture you just can’t get elsewhere.

We’re burning a blend of Oak for that deep, classic backbone and Birch for a subtle, sweet finish. 🪵💨

Smoked Annatto Chicken w/Annatto Butter Sauce

Saturday Highlights:
The PWF Mixed Grill: 10 hour Short-Rib w/Mole Reduction, Lamb Chops Smoked and Grilled on the rack with Salsa Matcha, Gloucestershire Old Spot XL Pork Chops rested in a peach and @brandyhouseldn glaze. All served with Pickled and Cold Smoked Turkish Peppers, and Ezme Salad and Lamb Fat Focaccia!!! Jesus Wept!

Then SUNDAY! the meal actually designed arounds said Jesus' day of rest! The Ultimate 'get around the table with ya pals' MEAL! And we're not F***Kin around

One year on!

I can’t believe it’s taking a year to figure out how to post this on instagram

Well maybe it was 6 months but we’ve loved watching this video in person with our guests and family before posting it

This was the best fucking week of our lives!

Huge thanks to my beautiful wife! @joeasbridge, my Best Man, My groomsmen, the stunning bridesmaids and all of our 10/10 guests for making it pure magic

Honourable mention to @benrandm our Celebrant, and the lead singer of our wedding band and soon to be YOUR fave band @silvertonguedrascals

Love also to Diego, Regine, Barbie and the whole team @racoibiza for making it perfect

The combination of everyone’s powers that week was incomparable to anything we’ve ever felt… and we’ve had some pretty good times
