PEACE. 🕊️ Even in the midst of a storm.

You can experience peace in the storm because peace is found in the presence of God, and God is present with you, even in the storm. 💜

God is FAITHFUL. He is a PROVIDER. 🙌🏽

Managing businesses, raising a family, and carrying responsibilities that were once shared with my powerhouse husband, now as a powerhouse woman, has been a journey words can’t fully describe. But through it all, GOD HAS BEEN FAITHFUL!

To every stranger who became a blessing, every person God has divinely aligned with me, every prayer, encouraging word, and unexpected Cash App love gift… THANK YOU! 🥹❤️

I don’t take any of it lightly. I thank God for every single one of you.

I’m learning that trusting God doesn’t mean the storm disappears. It means knowing WHO is with you while you’re going through it.

Saturday Mornings!

My life is in the love and lately I love the intimacy of it.

As much as I love sharing and speaking this season of being still in God has had me a little more quiet.

But behind scenes I’m praying and interceding for you all! Because prayer is powerful! It moves mountains!

So I pray that this day be filled with peace, love and joy!

My fridge has food, my lights are on despite this storm we had, and my children are all well!

There are moments in grief that no one really prepares you for… especially when you’re trying to help a child understand something your own heart is still learning how to carry.

Whiz kept asking me, “Can we go see Daddy?” 🥺

And even though I’ve explained before that his dad is in Heaven, this time finding the words felt different. He kept asking, and I could tell his little heart was trying to make sense of something that is simply hard to understand.

So I did the best I could.

With his dad’s birthday approaching, we went to see his dad’s dad—Pops. ❤️

No, it wasn’t the visit Whiz was asking for… but it gave us a way to celebrate his daddy, stay connected to that side of his family, and make another memory rooted in love.

Grief with children teaches you that sometimes there aren’t perfect words. Sometimes you just hold them, answer the questions again, honor what they’re feeling, and find the blessing you can reach in that moment.

Celebrating Whiz’s dad by spending time with Pops was one of those blessings we counted. 🙏🏽

To every parent navigating loss while helping a child process it too: give yourself grace. You may not always know exactly what to say, but your presence, your honesty, your love, and the memories you continue to create matter more than you know. 🤍
