Welcome to another episode of Beneath the Surface with Purposeful Porsha!
This is a safe, intentional space where we explore healing and behavioral health in a real and relatable way.

In our 5th episode, we’re beginning a new topic—Grief: Mind and Body. Together, we’ll take a closer look at how grief affects both our mental and physical health. Grief doesn’t only come from losing a loved one. It can also be triggered by losing a job, watching a business struggle, the end of a friendship, divorce, or even losing the version of ourselves we once knew. All of these losses can weigh heavily on our minds and bodies.

I’m joined by my personal doctor, Dr. Alexia Moutsatsos, as we unpack how grief impacts our overall well-being and how we can begin the journey toward healing.

Every single day I have to remember to speak life , affirmations , and love to myself. I have to remind myself to restore, and refill my own cup.

Well, remember to give back to yourself more than what you offer away. Time, love, prayer, quiet, rest, encouragement, laughter, relaxation.
