Beach Nationals Mangalore 2026🥉. We believed in ourselves and got our podium finish for the tourney. All the hardwork and dedication💪 collectively paid off. We showed grit and hunger on the field and got respect back, set the tone for the season end and on to the next season❤️‍🔥

Puyal Opens Challengers is one of the clean tournaments of puyal where our basics were on point. We applied every knowledge of our training to race to the top, but we couldn't finish at the place we wanted. We will learn from mistakes and improve on the same.

Thanks to our coach @sivaraman_99 for making us play how we play now

Dance is more than a performance—it's part of who we are. 💙

For generations, we've celebrated our culture through dance, and we'll continue passing it on. Wherever we go, we carry that joy with us.

This tournament gave us many unforgettable moments, but the Puyal team's dance will always have a special place in our hearts. ✨

Ultimate frisbee isn't just about the game. It's about the friendships, the brotherhood, the sisterhood, and the moments that bring us all together. Through dance, we shared our happiness, our energy, and our love with everyone around us.

Here's to celebrating the spirit that connects us—on and off the field. 🥏💃🕺

While the city was sleeping… we owned the beach. 😎🔥
Golden sunrise 🌞, cool breeze 🌬️, barefoot on sand, uncontrollable laughter, crazy throws (some Olympic… some absolutely not 🤭🥏).
From “What is frisbee?” to diving catches in 60 minutes — we LEVELLED UP! 💪✨
This wasn’t just a game.
This was fitness, friendship, stress relief, and pure childhood energy — all before breakfast. 🌊🔥
If you’re a doctor and you missed this… you seriously missed out. 😉
But don’t worry — the next one? You’re not skipping.
Huge shoutout to @raksdoc and the power-packed @PuyalUltimate team for making it epic! 🙌🥏
