Been sick for the past couple of days but somehow today managed to have some energy for this video. This entire setup uses one GVM SD650B and a simple book light.Here’s how to build it:1. Set up a C-stand with a white floppy (or flag) vertically.2. Attach the white side of a 5-in-1 reflector to the stand so it acts as your bounce surface.3. Extend the grip arm above the setup.4. Add a grip head (knuckle) and another rod to hang a piece of unbleached muslin.5. Aim the 650B into the white reflector—not at your subject.6. Let the light bounce into the muslin, then let the muslin become your new light source.The result is an incredibly soft, flattering light with smooth shadow transitions that feels much more expensive than the setup actually is.Light path:650B → White Bounce → Unbleached Muslin → SubjectSometimes the best cinematic lighting isn’t about buying more gear—it’s about shaping the light you already have. by @pvgmedia_

It took me around 3-4 hours to figure this out. Mind you I started in the office and I didn’t like the look of what I wanted to try.At that moment I wanted to called quits on getting reps in my cinematography.I ended on the kitchen and let things flow - worked with what lighting was natural and did my best to create a feeling.
