Big thanks to my favorite people for getting me back in the kitchen even with my crazy schedule! 🤎
3-course dinner by me 🤗

We started with my signature vegan tartare – avocado, tomato, crispy garlic, my homemade vegan truffle mayo and my zesty ponzu yuzu sauce.

🍂 A Swedish autumn classic : creamy pasta with trattkantarell (Craterellus tubaeformis) mushrooms picked over the weekend

🍨 Dessert: pickled kiwi carpaccio with chili and fresh mint, served with vanilla ice cream.

Even though business keeps me busy, cooking always brings me joy 🤎 by @pvhomecooking
