Today, in the Sauna... I'm thinking about you

I had a little too much to drink... And I wrote a song.
Over a month later, I wasn't quite sure I wanted to put it out
It felt too vulnerable. I don't like vulnerable.
But meh, that's what the sauna is about
Hope the gods of stoicism excuse this one lol

I've held this verse really close to my heart since the start of 2025. Realized I needed to heal and fix things first in my mind before I could do same outside of it

Coincidentally, months ago, I sat across a friend in a café and listened to her talk about a wellness project she was working on. Was inspiring seeing an idea come to life, the way it later did

Life's been a mouthful lately, and atm I'm thinking about 'wellness' again. Like a tired love, there's an intentionality it demands... But that's a song for another day

Anyhoo, here's a throwback to when TLWC hosted us to her debut Unwind sesh.
The community was cute, the interactions were naked and the food was great!
