BOOMTOWN 2026 💥💥💥

So I was actually working for the bars for Boomtown this year and what an experience that was, people coming in zombie hoards to pay £8.50 for a beatbox mango (which are £1.50 in Sainsbury's 🤣) 14 hour shifts in 33⁰ heat, no free drinks, literal cut up feet, lost voice, plus nearly freezing to death stock counting in freezers at night in shorts and much more.

This would put most people off but I had such a unique experience I honestly wouldn't trade it for anything every new person I met was as beautiful and weird as the next which I feel is the whole magic of that place.

I probably wouldn't do the bar work there again I can't lie 🤣 but I did obviously get "free time" to explore the festival and I will treasure them moments forever ♾️

Everywhere I looked there was someone I knew, and I've not really grown up to be too popular let's say so having this feeling at one of my favourite places ever was honestly overwhelming and incredible, I'm realising the power of the work I've put in over the years to ensure I meet as many people as possible as not only does my music career depend on it I actually just love people so boomtown to me was definitely more than a festival.
