Those @ritter_butzke nights are always unpredictable... @thoma_pho and me had a great weekend following around @sailorandi through Berlin ❤️ But none of us were prepared for the unreal moment that followed once we got to Ritter Butzke. Unfortunately Sailor's equipment gave out and between all the stress, stagemanagers and sound silence I suggested to put on a track to keep the dancefloor warm. Later it turned out the equipment had an electrical issue because of a blowheater on stage, but at the time we didn't know this... ...and in a film-like moment Alex turned to me and said 'It's unfixable right now. You play.' @thoma_pho was here to capture it all and I'm glad I had this chance to take over the stage at one of Berlin's main clubs, taking the audience on a 1.5h ride of @q_precursor music 😉 And what better way to start than with my latest single Carbon-based Lifetime which we released last month on @justthislabel ; the label of @huntergamemusic ! I'm really grateful to Alex for giving me this chance and of course the support of @thoma_pho and @carin__luisa . Hopefully, me and Alex will have some new music for you soon through @arvetrecords but until then I hope you enjoy this video like we did! #Precursor #Dj #djlife #ritterbutzke #sailorandi #live #berlin #weekender #djontour #djproducer #musician taken in Ritter Butzke by @q_precursor

I feel like I'm releasing my best music at the moment, although I'm not reaching the most amount of people. But I'm so proud of these last few projects 🖤⚡ @q_precursor & @ramverk.band - From Where To Grow @q_precursor & @huntergamemusic - Reset @q_precursor & @sailorandi & @noahkulaga - Let Go @ramverk.band - Sky (@q_precursor Remix) These past few tracks brought me so much joy to share. All of these tracks are part of a bigger piece, my upcoming album The Consumer. Due to some personal life hiccups I wasn't able to share it all yet, but the best track (with @noahkulaga ;) is still to come. I can't wait to share this with you and I hope I find a way to keep things going next to my job, life and audio work. Thanks for listening! Big shout out to @arvetrecords and @justthislabel believing in my music all these years. Let's share some more! If you want to support us simply play my tracks on Spotify or follow one of my social accounts. But most of all I hope you enjoy and find something that moves you or brings you joy in this deeply personal music 🎵 taken in France by @q_precursor

Very proud of the music I made for the short film SMOOR! Inside 48 hours I produced the theme song and scored all the scenes which ranged from piano music where actresses @anna_bartels and @goedbeterbritt fall in love.. and cinematic techno music when things get exciting... Directed by @jimi.dg & @masstimmers SMOOR is a story of love and search for closure. This film was made with the team of @studiodonder for the @48hfprotterdam After winning a nomination🏆for Best Use Of Genre at the award-show in @lantarenvenster yesterday the film is now live on YouTube and you can find the link through @studiodonder Super proud of everyone involved! We have such an amazing theme. Love to all ❣️ taken in Rotterdam, Netherlands by @q_precursor

RESET // This track almost never saw the light. Precursor and I have been keeping it warm for a long time, and it finally made its way out. A perfect blend of both our aesthetics. Can you hear it? @arvetrecords @sailorandi by @q_precursor

Still buzzing from @kroonluchterfestival last weekend! After some setbacks because of the rain, thunder and storm my show was rescheduled for Saturday and we had to improvise a stage last-minute. When everything seemed like it was working against us (weather, sound restrictions, generators that failed) we pulled through and managed to create this amazing dancefloor with an intimate setting and a beautiful light installation. I couldn't be happier how it turned out. It was the perfect way to share my album tracks for the first time ❣️ taken in France by @q_precursor

Last one, then back to music.. 4 years of trying relentlessly.. I don't know why it felt so hard for me, but every time it seemed more difficult. I must have tried it over a 100 times.. But this year at the end of our trip to Font I finally managed to send Le Flippeur (assis, droîte) 7A. To me this felt like when I first sent Yoga. Such an incredible feeling to persevere and going through all the emotions. Confidence, then surprise, determination, giving up, showing up again, failing, failing again, swearing, being angry, being sad, being frustrated, shouting at the sky when it rains again, blow-drying the holds, cleaning with a towel.. and then coming back this year to finally do it felt unreal. It seems so trivial to climb a rock, haha. But once you try to go past your physical limit it starts to become a process. Of showing up. Of not giving up. Of testing yourself. Learning your body inside out, trusting your body, learning the about the rock, the tiny crystals that your fingers lock behind, the angle of the heel so it doesn't slip.. it starts feeling like a project you work on to see if you can improve on something that seemed impossible before. It may just be a rock, but it's also a great teacher. And who doesn't love nature as a teacher ❤️ See you next time, Fontainebleau! #leflippeur #flippeur7a #fontainebleau #bleau #font taken in Fontainebleau, France by @q_precursor
