DAY 5: DRYING PROCESS

When the coffee bean is dried out it looks like duck egg green colour. It’s quite firm and crunchy to bite!

We make sure to keep the beans in a warm dry space away from any moisture!

It’s important when they’re drying to keep turning them. We want to make sure they are evenly dry. by @q_roasters_coffee

This is serious coffee & camping by our good mate Damo. He does it in style, keeping it simple. Oh & the Q Roasters coffee makes it outstanding.

Our PNG Single Origin is being freshly roasted today.
With notes of dark chocolate, plum and cherry, it’s a crowd favourite.

Fun fact: one of our owners, Lee Mary, grew up playing on this exact plantation. It holds a very special place in our hearts.

Come down and try it for yourself! by @q_roasters_coffee
