I was hoping I wouldn’t have to make this post but here we are. First I would like to say thank you to all my coaches, friends, teammates, and family members for not giving up on me until it was physically impossible for me to keep going. My high school career has been nothing but a roller coaster of emotions and while I’ve had moments of success, it’s mostly been a what if story. While I don’t know what the future holds, I do know that I gave it my all and if it’s truly done then so be it. I’m gonna miss being on the field with guys and hyping each other up during pregame, but the moments I’m gonna miss the most is when we were getting our butts chewed out by Coach Hill and our position coaches, I’m gonna miss riding back home from road wins and goofing around on the bus, I’m gonna miss experiencing the different atmospheres that we had in each stadium, but most of all I’m gonna miss spending time with the guys that I went through the grind with, boot camp, 6am practices, 3 a days, all of that which built a bond between each other that could never be broken. I’ve met so many people that have carved me into the man I am today and I’ll never take for granted the support that I have received from y’all. Despite having to get surgery I’m beyond thankful for the opportunities that Jesus has given me throughout these four years. I know my journey is not over yet and I can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for me in the next chapter.

Thank you all ❤️ by @qas_five

Last touch of my freshmen year on the #smithsonvalleyfootball Varsity team. A great year that I was privileged to be a part of that ended just a little to soon. Dead Aim!
